North American
Paranormal Research & Investigation Society Investigators Are To At All
Times:
I. Maintain
the highest standards of professionalism.
II. Remain
totally objective and use their investigative abilities to provide an
accurate determination of the facts involved.
III. Thoroughly
examine and analyze the evidence of the case, to conduct
investigations based on established scientific principles, and to render
opinions having a basis that is demonstratively reasonable.
IV.
Not to intentionally withhold or omit any findings or opinions discovered
during an investigation that would cause the facts of a case to be
misinterpreted or distorted.
V. Never
to misrepresent their credentials, education, training, experience,
position or membership status within North American Paranormal Research &
Investigation Society.
VI.
Not to falsify, or withhold from North American Paranormal Research &
Investigation Society or the client, any data collected during the course
of an investigation.
VII. Refrain from any conduct that
would be adverse to the best interest and
purpose of North American Paranormal Research & Investigation Society.
VIII. Not to release any evidence collected
during the course of an investigation to anyone outside of North American
Paranormal Research & Investigation Society or the client(s) for which the
investigation pertained, without direct written consent from the client
and North American Paranormal Research & Investigation Society.
IX.
Be forever vigilant of the importance of their role and to conduct
themselves
only in the most professional manner at all times.
X.
To remain smoke and drug free.
XI.
Never to be under the influence of alcohol, or any other substance that
can mentally affect your judgment, during a North American Paranormal
Research & Investigation Society investigation or event.
XII. To maintain a decent
appearance while investigating for North American Paranormal Research &
Investigation Society.
XIII. Never to divulge personal
information, or in any other way violate the privacy of the client(s.)
